Who we’re looking for
- Experience managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload independently
- Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or experienced non-qualified Fee Earner
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Ability to manage a busy caseload efficiently
- Commercial awareness and sound judgement
- Team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues
- Proactive, engaged and interested in the wider success of the business
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a Residential Conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Delivering high standards of client care throughout the transaction process
- Working closely with a dedicated Assistant within a pod structure
- Building relationships with clients, agents, lenders and other professionals
- Contributing to departmental performance and continued growth
- Collaborating with colleagues across the wider Property team
