Residential Conveyancing Solicitor
Our client, a well-respected regional practice, is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 5+ PQE to join their team in the scenic Cheshire town of Wilmslow.
Due to the location, you will be handling a stream of high-quality work for a range of high-net-worth clients that live in the affluent ‘Cheshire triangle’.
You will have a manageable caseload of 60-70 files covering all areas of Conveyancing, including but not limited to sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold and post completion work.
The successful candidate will have a client-focused attitude and will be proactive and motivated in all aspects of their role, including business development.
This is the perfect role for an experienced conveyancer looking to join a collaborative and welcoming firm in the heart of Cheshire.
