The firm has maintained Lexcel accreditation since 2009, held the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme accreditation since 2011 and actively participates within organisations including the Conveyancing Association, ALEP and Resolution.

Who we’re looking for

  • Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing
  • Experience supporting Conveyancers or Fee Earners
  • Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive approach (Desired)
  • Someone interested in building a long-term career within the firm


What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting a Conveyancer within a dedicated mini-team structure
  • Assisting with Residential Property transactions from instruction through to completion
  • Managing administrative and file progression tasks
  • Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
  • Helping maintain excellent standards of client care and service delivery
  • Supporting the wider Residential Property team where needed
