Who we’re looking for
- Previous experience within Residential Conveyancing
- Experience supporting Conveyancers or Fee Earners
- Strong understanding of the conveyancing process
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach (Desired)
- Someone interested in building a long-term career within the firm
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting a Conveyancer within a dedicated mini-team structure
- Assisting with Residential Property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Managing administrative and file progression tasks
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
- Helping maintain excellent standards of client care and service delivery
- Supporting the wider Residential Property team where needed
