You will quickly build confidence managing increasingly complex matters, while more experienced solicitors will have the opportunity to supervise colleagues, support business development and help shape the continued growth of the Birmingham team. Who we’re looking for
- Court of Protection Solicitor from 5+ PQE
- Strong experience in Property & Finance Court of Protection matters
- Ability to manage or assist with complex deputyship matters
- Excellent client care and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
- Genuine passion for Court of Protection work
- Experience supervising or line managing colleagues (Desitred)
- Business development experience (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
- Managing a caseload of high-value Property & Finance Court of Protection matters
- Advising deputies, families and vulnerable clients on complex financial affairs
- Working closely with colleagues across the firm’s wider specialist teams
- Supporting business development and the continued growth of the department
- Supervising and mentoring junior colleagues where appropriate
- Delivering exceptional client care throughout every matter
- Contributing to one of the country’s leading Court of Protection practices
