Despite significant progress on the wellbeing front in recent years, our 2023 Wellbeing in the Law report revealed that despite progress within the sector, mental health issues remain prevalent, with nearly two-thirds of lawyers saying they have experienced burnout because of their work.
Stress Awareness Month is held every April to raise awareness of the causes and cures for our modern-day stress epidemic. It’s the perfect time to have an open conversation about the impact of stress and open up about our mental wellbeing with friends, colleagues and loved ones.
