Christopher Hibbert – Partner and Head of RTA
Christopher Hibbert is the Head of the Road Traffic Accident department and a Partner of Express Solicitors, having joined the firm in May 2018.
Chris works on a variety of cases involving Road Traffic Accidents, including those with difficult procedural nuances and Appeals.
“I have always worked a dual supervisory and solicitor role, running more complicated cases and appeals. I have appealed cases successfully where others would not consider an appeal is having any merit, and always lived up to my reputation as a rabid claimant Solicitor.”
Anna Heeley – Partner
Anna Heeley is a Partner in the Road Traffic Accident department at Express Solicitors, having joined the firm in October 2013. Anna specialises in complex matters such as disputes over liability, accidents involving a number of injuries, and accidents resulting in serious injuries.
When asked about her role at Express, Anna explained:
“I love working as a personal injury solicitor as I enjoy arguing and winning! My mum often says that she hasn’t won an argument with me since I was 6 years old. It’s not that I’m always right… I’m just good at arguing a point and love to win!”
Anna has been recognised in the 2017 Legal 500 who commented:
"Anna Heeley manages cases with ‘skill and determination’. In a complex matter on liability and quantum the team secured a good settlement for the claimant who suffered a severe head injury and brain injury when she was knocked over by the defendant."
Nicole Savage – Assistant Solicitor
Nicole Savage is an Assistant Solicitor in the Road Traffic Accidents department at Express Solicitors, having initially joined the firm’s New Client Team in October 2014.
Nicole works alongside Partner, Rachel Flannigan, on her caseload of higher value, technical RTA claims and will be learning from her experience within this field. In addition to this, Nicole also runs her own caseload of portal RTA cases.
When asked what she enjoys most about her role at Express, Nicole answered:
“I enjoy knowing that I am helping to make a difference to an injured person’s life. After being involved in an accident, people are often at their most vulnerable. I enjoy liaising with clients to reassure them about legal processes which they may not be familiar with and helping to ensure that they receive the compensation they deserve.
I also like working on such a varied caseload as not only does it make each day interesting, it is advantageous for me to be able to develop experience on a wide range of legal issues.”
Maryam Kayani - Assistant Solicitor
Maryam Kayani is an Assistant Solicitor in the Road Traffic Accident department at Express Solicitors, having joined the firm in September 2018.
When asked what she likes best about her role, Maryam commented:
“Sometimes the road to a settlement can be long but once a settlement has been agreed upon and the client is awarded a figure for the pain and suffering they have endured it is always satisfying.
