You will manage your own caseload of Dispute Resolution work whilst developing the Property Litigation team's offering in area. This is a great opportunity to carve out your own niche whilst working in a friendly and supportive environment.

An ambitious, well- established firm with offices across Lancashire
You will have a mixed caseload of Commercial Property Litigation work, including; general civil litigation matters, with an emphasis on land and property, rent arrears, service charge disputes, dilapidations and breach of covenant
You will be working to develop the Property Litigation team’s offering overall
