Family Associate 3+ PQE – Four days from home – Fast-track progression
Are you looking to progress quickly within a fast-growing firm, while maintaining a great work/life balance and working from home for four days per week?
We are excited to bring to the market this unrivalled opportunity to join a successful family law boutique, supporting its vision to become the leading firm for private matrimonial law in the country.
Established in 2011, the firm has quickly expanded into the bustling legal hubs of Leeds, London and Manchester. The firm has huge national expansion plans in place for 2023 and is looking for talented lawyers with three or more years of experience, seeking a clear progression pathway while maintaining a flexible working arrangement.
This is a great firm for lawyers looking for something less traditional and craving plenty of independence to grow and develop into well-rounded, commercially robust professionals. If you find you often get frustrated with red tape, long and boring processes, and a management team that is slow to change and adapt – and are looking for a faster-paced, more dynamic way of working – you’ll find this firm thoroughly refreshing.
Our client has embraced a modern way of working, with all the latest technological advancements to keep any administration and compliance tasks required to an absolute minimum, leaving its lawyers to do what they do best – provide high quality legal advice to a growing client base of HNW individuals.
You’ll have complete autonomy and flexibility to run your files in a high-tech, paperless environment that truly supports hybrid working. As a result, everyone is empowered to work seamlessly from home four days a week, attending office one day a week only to meet with the team.
Juniors will always have the support of senior solicitors and will find they develop their technical and commercial skills very quickly at this firm, gaining a career advantage over their peers. Additionally, you’ll only be expected to bill around four hours per day, so this will leave plenty of time for developing your non-chargeable skills and experience.
You’ll be encouraged to be hands-on with clients, maintaining a fantastic client experience from start to finish. As the majority of the firm’s growing caseload is generated via inbound enquiries, there will be no expectation to network or take part in business development activities. All that will be required of you is a great phone manner and ability to home in on what a client truly needs.
You’ll be rewarded generously for your individual performance, with an attractive bonus scheme and clear plan to promotion. This firm’s model necessitates that its team members are fantastic all-rounders, which means it invests heavily in people development. As a result, it isn’t unusual to see team members getting promoted within six months to a year at this firm.
The team enjoys a fantastic Legal 500 ranking, sitting alongside several much larger national firms, and is committed to supporting its lawyers to get recognised as Leading Individuals. The firm has a strong marketing team, which will support you in growing your presence, and is investing heavily in its brand and website in 2023.
