Head of Childcare Law

Our client, an award-winning, multi-site firm, is looking for an experienced Family or Childcare Solicitor to join their down-to-earth team in the East Midlands as Head of Childcare.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate-level childcare lawyer to step up into a leadership position and grow their own team across the Midlands.  

The firm has eleven offices across the UK and a fantastic reputation for childcare work, providing a great platform for success and a support network of other Heads of Team within the business.  

The firm is offering a fantastic salary and full flexibility with this role – you’ll be able to work from home five days a week if you wish, only coming into the office when you think you need to.  

What’s more, you can choose to be based at one of three offices in the East Midlands: either Derby, Nottingham or Leicester. For this reason, the role is commutable from most of the East Midlands and West Midlands, including Derby, Nottingham, Leicester, Stafford, Stoke and the surrounding areas. 

In the role, you’ll handle a caseload of only childcare matters. The ideal candidate would be working in a similar role currently and be on the childcare panel, but it’s fine if you currently handle a mix of family work right now.
