Private Client Lawyer

  • Handle a diverse and interesting caseload
  • Hybrid working and flexible hours
  • The option to work part-time over three or four days
  • Play a key role in developing the firm’s private client team

Our client is looking for a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing team in East Cheshire.

The firm offers fantastic flexibility in terms of home working and working hours, so you’ll enjoy a healthy work-life balance. They are also open to considering individuals who would like to work part-time, over three or four days, so this role might be perfect for you if you are a working parent or soon to be returning from parental leave.

This is a great learning and development opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career quickly and flex their leadership skills. You will support a junior fee earner within the team alongside handling your own broad-ranging caseload of private client matters, including wills and trust matters, for a varied client base of both local and high-net-worth individuals.

The firm’s close-knit private client team has a great reputation and a growing caseload of existing work because of solid referral sources. There will therefore be no expectation to get involved in business development or networking.

There’s great potential to grow the department and, as a more senior lawyer within the team, you will play a key part in driving this growth.

You’ll also receive a competitive salary and annual leave allowance. If you’re looking for a position that will enable you to work flexibly while gaining exposure to an interesting range of wills and probate matters, then get in touch today.
