Principal Consultant
I graduated from Leeds Beckett University with a 2:1 in Business and Human Resource Management. Upon graduating I opted to pursue a career in recruitment as the recruitment elements of his HR orientated course interested me the most.
At Realm, I specialise in the recruitment of personal injury lawyers, including clinical negligence and catastrophic injury solicitors and fee-earners. I work across the North West, focusing on the Manchester and Liverpool legal markets, but also do some work in Yorkshire.
In 2018, I won the award for Young Recruitment Professional of the Year at the Insider Young Professionals Awards.

What’s your favourite thing about working at Realm?
The supportive team environment and our flexibility in terms of our working hours which allows us all to have a great work-life balance.
How do you unwind after a busy day at work?
I usually take my dog Jeff out for a walk, get out on my bike for a few hours whenever I can or binge on midweek football.
I would highly recommend Joseph. It was refreshing to see that he actually listened to my requirements when considering prospective employers and recommended roles having regard to the same.
