Care Lawyer
- Join a highly experienced care team and learn from the best
- Modern legal group investing heavily in its private client arm
- Hybrid working – two days from home
- Open to solicitors, Legal Executives or non-qualified fee-earners
A high-profile, rapidly expanding legal group is recruiting for a Care Lawyer to join its successful and growing family team.
You will have between two and five years experience dealing with publicly funded childcare matters. You don’t necessarily need to be a qualified solicitor to be considered for this role, CILEX candidates and non-qualified fee-earners are welcome to apply.
The firm also offers a fantastic hybrid working arrangement, where you’ll be able to work from home two days per week. You’ll also have the support of a paralegal and administration assistant within the team.
If you’re interested in progressing your career, there will be scope to step up to a supervisory position in the future.
The firm is committed to making a positive difference to society and therefore the role will include managing a varied caseload of publicly funded private children and care cases along with non-molestation matters. As a result, this is a fantastic learning opportunity for someone looking to get varied exposure and grow their expertise quickly.
This exciting and non-traditional firm is a big believer in promoting from within and will work closely with you to develop your career further. Refreshingly, the group employs a Head of Culture to support the team, fostering a ‘person first, employee second’ approach.
You’ll receive fantastic personal and technical development, clear career paths, policies designed around you and your life, and reward and recognition for your achievements. You’ll also get an enhanced annual leave allowance, a healthcare package and access to an Employee Assistance Programme.
