Private Client Senior Associate (Tax)

A highly reputable specialist private client firm based in Warwickshire is recruiting for a Private Client Solicitor with 2+ PQE. 

The opportunity comes with the chance to work with the very best in their field, as the team is the biggest private client team in the West Midlands and is ranked very highly in the Legal 500. The firm is also listed in The Times Best Law Firms guide.  

While this is a tax role, the firm is willing to consider lawyers who may not come from a tax background but are keen to develop their expertise in this area. The technical skills you’ll gain in a role like this one are highly sought after by law firms so joining this team will undoubtedly open a lot of doors for you in the future. 

In this role, you won’t have the pressure of individual targets, will be able to spend half the week at home and will benefit from a collaborative and down-to-earth working environment. If progression is important to you, you’ll also have fantastic development opportunities and clear routes to partnership. 

You’ll work closely with and advise HNW clients and business owners on issues like capital gains and inheritance tax, along with international tax planning. You’ll also be able to get involved in business development or the supervision of junior colleagues if you wish. 

The firm has a strong connection to the community, and you’ll be able to take part in lots of volunteering and fundraising for local charities, making an even bigger difference to your region.
