A well-regarded North West firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team in Southport.
Working as part of a supportive specialist team, you will manage a varied volume caseload of residential conveyancing matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchase, new build, help to buy, unregistered title property, sale/purchase of leasehold flats and shared ownership.

The ideal candidate
A Residential Conveyancer / Solicitor with at least 2 years experience
You must have experience of running your own residential property caseload from initial instruction to completion.
It is essential that you have strong experience of dealing with the sale and purchase of leasehold flats, new build and shared ownership transactions.
Will be personable and a good communicator
Will have an excellent telephone manner and exceptional client care skills
Someone with excellent organisation and time management skills
