A leading regional law firm is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE to join their team. 

In this role, you’ll advise on the sales and purchases of the full range of residential property, including houses and flats, with a particular focus on high value properties. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor who would like to handle top-quality and interesting work whilst in a much more relaxed setting than its city centre competitors. 

Residential Conveyancing Solicitor - South Manchester 

The company & role 

  • One of the largest and most well-respected independent legal practices in the North West and the has previously been the winner of The Times’ Best Law Firm award 

  • The firm has one of the largest real estate departments in the North West 

  • In this role, you will deal with the requirements of lenders in relation to sales, purchases and remortgage transactions. Manage purchases, site set-ups and bespoke plot sales for developer clients. Assist on transfers of property portfolios on incorporation of partnership and limited companies. Deal with leasehold property issues, including lease extensions and enfranchisement in relation to both flats and houses. 

  • The firm are well known or providing their lawyers with top-quality work, a fantastic corporate culture and a healthy work-life balance. They also have a staff retention rate of over 90% and a 99% employee confidence rating in their leaders.

  • Commutable from Manchester, Warrington, Wilmslow, Altrincham, Stockport, Macclesfield, Tameside, High Peak

The ideal candidate 

  • A Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE 

  • Will have a good academic background and training 

  • Will be technically skilled and able to develop and maintain strong client relationships
